Rwanda Schools

Over the years we have supported a number of schools in Rwanda. In particular we have provided funds for the following:

Amizero (School for children with learning difficulties)

• Laminated posters, teaching rescources, toys

• Peripatetic teachers - funds to pay salaries

Kibimba Primary School

• Money to buy guttering and water tubs

• Funds to build toilet block

Nayabinaga Primary School

• Fresh water supply

• New desks and 25 rabbits

​

Gitsimbwe Primary School

• Linked with Old Hall Junior School in Chesterfield

• Junior the Cow and subsequent replacements

• Lightening conductors and desks

​

Musamvu, John Wesley, Gitsymwe Senior Schools

• Scholarship sponsorship - costs approximately £1k per year for five years

• Possible 'twinning' with Derbyshire senior schools
