Over the years we have supported a number of schools in Rwanda. In particular we have provided funds for the following:

Amizero [School for Children with Learning Difficulties]

• Laminated posters, teaching resources, toys

• Peripatetic teachers – funds to pay salaries.

 

Kibimba Primary School

• Money to buy guttering and water tubs

• Funds  to build toilet block

 

Nayabinaga Primary School

• Fresh water supply

• New desks and 25 rabbits!

Gitsimbwe Primary School

• linked with Old Hall Junior School in Chesterfield

• Cow in 2015

• Lightening Conductors in 2015

Musamvu, John Wesley, Gitsymwe Senior Schools

• Scholarship sponsorship – costs approximately £1k per year for five years

• Possible ‘twinning’ with Derbyshire senior schools.
